How to Help Storm Victims in Southern Indiana
On Tuesday, April 2, storms (and potential tornadoes) rolled through several Southern Indiana neighborhoods, injuring 10 people and causing thousands of dollars of damage to homes and property. High winds caused structural damage and toppled semi-trucks along I-265 just west of the East End Bridge. Several houses suffered substantial roof damage, rendering their homes inhabitable.
With such devastation happening in our backyard, the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana is re-activating its Disaster Relief Fund for local community members that are eager to help with the recovery efforts.
