Grant Deadlines

Many of CFSI’s grant programs accept application year-round, awarding grants quarterly. This allows organizations to apply for grants to fulfill their needs when the time is right for them. All applications must be submitted electronically by the last day of each quarter.

Quarterly Grant Program Deadlines

(Capacity Building & Community Assist Grant Programs)

Round 1 Deadline: March 31
For all applications completed January – March

Round 2 Deadline: June 30
For all applications completed April – June

Round 3 Deadline: September 30
For all applications completed July – September

Round 4 Deadline: December 31
For all applications completed October – December

Review Periods

Round 1 Review: April 1 – 30
For grants received between January 1 and March 31
Notifications sent mid-late May

Round 2 Review: July 1 – 31
For grants received between April 1 and June 30
Notifications sent mid-late August

Round 3 Review: October 1 – 31
For grants received between July 1 and September 30
Notifications sent mid-late November

Round 4 Review: January 1 – 31
For grants received between October 1 and December 31

Notifications sent weeks following review periods.

Quality of Place Grant Program Deadline

Round 1: July 1 – July 31
Grants will be reviewed during August, with notifications being sent out in September.
